Trevor Jones MS, CSCS
Trevor Jones is the owner of Top Flight Performance, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a Master’s in Exercise Science. Starting Center Fielder for The University of Central Missouri Mules from 2011 - 2015. After his collegiate baseball career and a brief stint in independent baseball, Trevor sought to understand why he didn't reach his full potential. This led him to a passion for helping athletes improve through strength training, consistency, and discipline.
Known for connecting personally with each athlete, Trevor has created a welcoming yet competitive environment at Top Flight. During his time with Johnson County Community College as strength and conditioning coach, Trevor worked with athletes from MLB, collegiate sports, and top high school prospects. His training programs focus on improving speed, agility, power, stability, flexibility, and injury prevention.

Zach McCloud
Zach played collegiate baseball at MidAmerica Nazarene University, helping lead the team to its first conference championship in 30 years. After college, he coached at a local travel organization, where he served as head coach, private instructor, and strength and conditioning coordinator. He then worked for the Blue Valley School District and was part of the Blue Valley Northwest coaching staff, where he created the offseason strength and conditioning program for the baseball team. Zach is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Zach furthered his career by shadowing the Tampa Bay Rays Midwest Regional Scout, gaining valuable experience before transitioning to collegiate baseball coaching. He served as hitting coach and strength coordinator at Hesston College, where the team set multiple offensive records, and later at MidAmerica Nazarene University, where the team reached the NAIA World Series and led the conference in extra base hits. Zach's passion for athlete development and strength training has brought him to the staff at Top Flight Performance.
